Kevin was excellent – clear checkin instructions and he met me after hours to walk me through the ins and outs of the new construction home. The unit I rented was spotless and had everything needed for an easy stay – full kitchen + clean king sized bed w/huge TV + fresh towels in an amazing en suite bathroom w/an amazing oversized rain shower and a shared deck overlooking the Palm Orchard + San Pedrito beach. The rooftop deck is a hidden bonus, again spotless, and allowed a serene way to truly take in 360 degree views of this unique area of el Pescadero + San Pedrito Beach. Kevin and his place was more than I expected – will look to book again next trip out!
